These Terms of Use apply when you visit this website or interact with us through it (for example, by sending a message or booking a discovery call). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Warren Thomas BI, a sole consulting practice operated by Warren Dean Thomas, based in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. "You" means the person using the site.

You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use it in any way that breaches UAE or other applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or related systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy content for competing commercial use, or to train AI models without our written consent.
• Send spam, malware, or other harmful content through the contact form or booking form.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation.

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, images, diagrams, code, the Warren Thomas BI brand and tagline — belongs to Warren Thomas BI or our licensors. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, republish, or modify it for commercial use without our written consent.

When we work together on an engagement, ownership of the deliverables is governed by the separate Statement of Work for that engagement, not by these terms.

Booking a discovery call through this site is an introductory conversation only. It does not create a consulting agreement, retainer, or any contract for services. Any consulting work begins only once we have separately agreed and signed a written Statement of Work or Service Agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, and other commercial terms.

We may decline to take on an engagement at our discretion, for example where there is a conflict of interest or where the scope is outside our expertise.

The content on this site — including articles, case study summaries, diagrams, and general descriptions of services — is provided for information only. It is not specific professional, legal, financial, or technical advice for your situation, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for a formal engagement.

Specific recommendations are only given inside a signed consulting engagement, where we've had the chance to understand your context, data, and constraints.

The site links to and embeds third-party services (for example, the booking widget and video conferencing tools). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or behaviour. When you use them, their own terms and privacy policies apply alongside ours.

We aim to keep the site available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or remove parts of the site at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss caused by the site being temporarily unavailable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of this site — including lost profits, lost business, or lost data — even if we were aware that such loss was possible. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to AED 1,000.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (such as fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence).

Liability arising from a signed consulting engagement is governed by that engagement's own terms, not by this section.

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when. If we make material changes, we'll post a notice on the site before they take effect. By continuing to use the site after the changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
